Swedes have accepted a new food culture and they are digging their own graves with a knife and fork. We are on the threshold of a global epidemic in which obesity is one of the most severe public health hazards of our times. Replace semiproducts with home-cooked food and invite overweight to your next dinner party as a subject of conversation. In order to change developments we must start thinking about our living habits and what we eat. We regard it as a challenge to defy this development prophecy!

A project in cooperation with Emmelina Borgkvist (Swedish School of Textiles in Borås).
